Hey, y’all!
My name is Leah Thomas (she/her) and I am an actress, dancer, choreographer, and theatre educator based in Atlanta, GA.
I approach all of my work with a youthful sense of imagination and curiosity that is funneled through a sophisticated work ethic and artistic point of view.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and I feel lucky to be able to call it home. I always say that what sums it up best is that you can get any type of food authentically in Atlanta. I’m grateful to have grown up in a city with such a rich culture, a diverse population, and many opportunities within the industries that I am a part of.
I graduated from Emerson College where I received my BFA in Theatre Education and Performance with a Minor in Dance. In the process of getting my degree, I also obtained my P-12 Public Educator License for Theatre. I went to Emerson because I have always wanted to be the same 3 things: an actress, a teacher, and a mom. During my time at Emerson, I was able to dive deep into both education and performance, without having to sacrifice the time and effort spent on one or the other. As for the third goal, please return to this site in ten years for any updates.
I hope that you enjoy my site and that it gives you a glimpse of who I am, what I am about, & the many types of work that fill my soul.
Thank you for the visit.
